Rafels, Helen A. Age 100 of Detroit. Formerly of Allen Park. Passed into her Lord's care January 8, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of Donald (Josephine) Rafels, Thomas Rafels, Sharon Rafels and Charles Vassar; Companion, special friend and caregiver Tara Williams. Proud grandmother of Connie (Larry) Mehall, Sylvia Rafels (Ro Lundt) and Adam Rafels (Jody Bergman). Great grandmother of Lindsey and Andrew Mehall. Also survived by other loving family and friends.
