Dearest sister of Imogene Writer and Charles (Martha) Sayles. Stepmother of Sharon (Gary) Szokowski, Diann (Gerry) Ralko and Tom Kapelanski. Cherished grandmother of P.J. (Candy) Sample, Jason (Angel) Caiola, Nick (Erin) Sample. Great grandmother of 13. Survived also by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. Preceded in death by her first beloved husband Alfred J. Baker, loving mother Tellma Sayles and brother Melvin Pitts.
