Mr. William 'Bill' J. Barrett

Barrett, William J., age 72 of Taylor, passed away November 23, 2015. Beloved husband of Caroline. Loving Father to Billy (Lynn) Barrett, Victoria (Aaron) Mach, Melissa (Keith) Hammer and step-father to Jon (Annette) Rozycki, Gina (Curt) Cinglie, Tom (Jodie) Rozycki. Proud PaPop of fourteen: Joshua Rozycki, Jacob Rozycki, Mia Hammer, Emerson Cinglie, Kate Rozycki, Olivia Rozycki, Will Barrett, Brady Hammer, Cohen Rozycki, Conor Cinglie, Julia Mach, Gibson Barrett, Alexandria Mach, and Gabrielle Barrett. Dear brother of Leo (Nina) Barrett, Grace (the late Tom) Zambo, Pat (the late Daniel) Palus, and Ethel (Jack) Baldwin. William is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Gladys, his brothers Paul, Leonard, and Jack, and his sisters Ann, Kay, and June. Bill loved golf, horses, and was a dedicated U of M fan. Visitation will be held at the Allen Park Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd, on Tuesday from 2 to 9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm. Funeral mass on Wednesday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 9000 Laurence, instate at 12:30 pm until time of service at 1 pm. Entombment at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
