Mr. Thaddeus A. 'Ted' Zmuda

ZMUDA, Ted (Thaddeus) July 8, 2013 AGE: 86 Proud veteran of WWII. Beloved husband of Josephine; loving father of Linda (David Zurawski), Kathy, Ted (Barbara), Susan (Steve Wasko). Dearest grandfather of 7, loving great-grandfather of 11. Survived by a sister, Genevieve Zmuda. Ted was born in Southwest Detroit and was very proud of his Polish heritage and his Catholic faith. He was an awesome dad to his children, always able to fix everything with his "magic knife." He built sandboxes and scooters for his grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, mechanic, carpenter, a "jack of all trades." He worked at GM for over 30 years. He always loved and protected his family. Thanks, Dad, for your service to America and for being an honorable man in all things. You have taught your children well, your service in this life is complete. Rest in peace knowing that you are loved!
