Starr, John R., age 82, of Southgate, Michigan, passed away August 30, 2014 in his home, beloved husband of Lora (Bartley), loving father of Todd (Chie) Starr, Dave (Audry) Starr, Jeff (Shelly) Starr, Randall (Eva) Granaas, Keven (Kathleen) Granaas and the late Robert Granaas, dear brother of James (Nancy) Starr, grandfather of 9. John was employed as a automovtive designer for Chrysler Corp. Auburn Hills for over 32 years, retiring in 1997.
