Oleksink, John. Age 88, of Ecorse. July 10, 2014. Beloved husband of Phyllis for 58 years. Loving uncle of JoAnn (Gary) Chick and Shirley Hassom. Dear cousin of William (Mary Anna) Snellman, Timothy (Mary Lou) Snellman, Timmy Snellman, Vickey (Ed) Szczerowski and Edwina Stein. Preceded in death by parents Louis and Josephine Oleksuk and 4 siblings; Josephine, Frances, Annie and Helen. WWII Veteran, MSU Graduate, former owner of Popeye's Bar in Ecorse and employed 43 years at McLouth Steel.
