John David Seog, 63, of Ocala, Florida passed away of a heart attack on January 8, 2013 at his home. John was born July 1, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John George Seog and Dorothy Irene Garwol. John was employed for 35 years in Skilled Trades at Ford Motor Company, the Rouge Complex in Dearborn, MI. "He retired six months ago after working as a salesman for the past seven years at Ford of Ocala in Ocala, Florida." He and his wife were planning a return to Michigan to support the Unions in the fight against the Right To Work law recently imposed on the state.John was a proud member of UAW Local 600. John is survived by his wife of 32 years, Roberta Rae Totten Seog. Also surviving are two brothers, Dennis (Roxanne) Seogof Trenton, MI, David (Tammy) Seog of New Boston, MI, twodaughters, Dana (Scott) Wyatt of Lincoln Park, MI, Lisa (Terry) Watson of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, one son, John (Louise) Stevenson of Greenwood, IN and his aunt Marion Maynard of Melvindale, MI. He will always be greatly loved and missed by 6 grandchildren, Megan Stevenson, Eric Watson, Ivy Stevenson, Noah Watson, Emily Watson and Destiny Wyatt. He was affectionately known as "The Clock Changer" by hisgrandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents, hissister, Linda Seog and one son, Brian Stevenson. Burial will be in Denton Cemetery in Belleville, MI.
