Badgley, Jeffrey D., age 55 of Gibraltar, passed away November 6th, 2017. Loving father of Cody Bailey-Badgley. Dear son of David and Betty Badgley. Beloved brother of Debora (Mark) Johnson and Jerome D. Badgley. Proud uncle of Abraham Omey, Andrea Jones, and Isaiah Eason. Preceded in death by his loving companion Pamela Bailey. Jeffrey proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
