Mr. James Shelby Hill

James was born in Williamsburg, KY on August 23, 1943 and died November 5, 2013 at the age of 70. He was the son of the late Harvey and Edna (nee: Reynolds). The beloved husband of 51 years to Karen and loving dad to Joseph (Sandy), Toni Hill and Jamie (Doug) Dowell. Proud grandpa of 11 and great grandpa of 1. Also survived by his sister Carol (Jay) Tackett as well as other loving family and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters Reva Spicer and Barb Mitchell and 1 brother Dolan Hill. James was an all around outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. In his earlier years he enjoyed both slot and drag car racing and later in life began golfing. Memorial contributions to honor his memory may be made to the donor's choice.
