On October 29th, surrounded with love, Clifton B. Mace Jr. passed peacefully after a battle with leukemia. Born in Kingston, PA to Helen and Clifton Mace Sr., he lived most of his life in southeast Michigan. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in Wyandotte and Eastern Michigan University. He was an educator in Trenton who touched many lives. He was also active in the Trenton Lions, the Lions Hearing Center, Trenton Goodfellows, and the Penrickton Center. He was passionate about education, golf, woodworking, cars, and his cottage. Cliff is survived by his wife of 55 years, Beth Ann (Beattie), his son Michael (Pam) Mace, his daughter Michele (Jim) Mans, and his son Chris (Gina) Mace. Also his grandchildren: Luke Mace, Mackenzie Mace, Maddison Mace, Michael Mace, and Maggie Mace. He is also survived by his sister, Nancy Grassnig, and brother and sister in law, Bud and Linda Beattie. The family will greet friends at 10:30 on Saturday November 4th, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 2441 Nichols Drive in Trenton, and a Memorial Service will follow at 11am followed by coffee and desserts.
