Mr. Chester Leo Surowiec
Chester Leo Surowiec, of Allen Park, died January 4th, 2015, at the age of 101. Chester was born on September 23, 1913, grew up in Detroit, and served in the Army during WWII. Dear Husband for over 35 years of the late Gladys (nee Klacza). Chester retired from Detroit Diesel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Mary, as well as sisters Blanche and Stella, and brothers John, Alexander, Frank, Joseph, and Edward. Charlotte Klacza and Irene Wiedmann are his surviving sisters. Chester is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
