Mr. Charles E. Raines

Raines, Charles E., age 77 of Gibraltar, passed away October 30, 2012. Loving husband of Jeanne, and son of Irene. Dear father of Dale (Monica), Patrice (Frank) Mlinek, Chip (Brenda), Jeanette, Celeste (Jon) Domke, Angela Peecher, and Gloria (Troy) Morken. He was also a proud grandfather of 15. Charles was the founder and proprietor of the Charles E. Raines Company, as well as J.C. Raines Management. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Incredible Journey Youth Camp.
