Mr. Bob Bierwirth

Bob Bierwirth, age 87, of Trenton, died Monday, June 8, 2015. Bob was born on November 4, 1928 to his parents Elmer and Alice (Herriott) Bierwirth and was raised in Bellevue, Pennsylvania. On February 26, 1949, Bob and Janey (Resignalo) were united in marriage and they celebrated their 66th anniversary this year. Their marriage was blessed with their two beloved children, Len and Lisa. Bob worked for Ford Motor Company as a scheduling supervisor for over forty years. He also proudly served in the United States Army and was a part of the Camp Desert Rock atomic bomb testing in Nevada. Bob loved golf, baseball, and college basketball, especially the Michigan State Spartans. He was always smiling and made it a point to live life to the fullest. Bob is the beloved husband of Janey. Loving father of Len Bierwirth and Lisa Bierwirth. Proud grandfather of Caienna, Sascha, and Maia, and is also survived by his grand-dog Deke, who he loved very dearly. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and his two brothers. Bob's happy-go-lucky personality will be missed by all who knew him.
