West, Mildred "Millie" G. Age 84, of Dearborn Heights. January 24, 2016. Beloved wife of the late JT West. Loving mother of Linda (Jim) Knaus, Brenda Marable, Danny (Cindy) West and Jeannie (John) DiClemente. Proud grandmother of 16 and their spouses. Great grandmother of 18. Great great grandmother of 1. Dear sister of Jean (Ken) Elliott. Sister-in-law of Rachel Cannon. Preceded in death by parents James and Elizabeth Cannon, husband JT West and brothers EJ and Tommy Cannon. Visitation Wednesday 4 - 9 pm with a service Wednesday 7 pm both at the Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard). Following the services here in Michigan, Mildred will have visitation at Mathis Funeral Home in Cochran, Georgia on Friday from 4-9 pm and her funeral service will be held on Saturday at Sweet Home Primitive Baptist Church. Mildred will lie in state at the church from 10:30 am until the service at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Sweet Home Primitive Baptist Church, (office address) 302 Rowland Chapel Church Road, Chester, Georgia 31012.
