Michele R. Mccarty

Born in Monroe, Michele was the daughter of Rudy and Ann (Kovenich) Gilbert. A graduate of Monroe High School, she went on to earn her Associates degree from Monroe County Community College and worked as an IP Support Technician at Four Star Greenhouse in Carleton. Michele married the love of her life, Gordon McCarty, on October 18, 2014. She was a member of the CrossPoint Church where she enjoyed Bible Study; she was a Younique Presenter and she enjoyed crocheting and scrapbooking. Michele leaves to cherish her memory; her husband Gordon; children: Katie Chinavare of Monroe and Ann Venier of Carleton; step children: Mike (Lisa) Beach of Newport, Chris King of Flat Rock and Angela McCarty of Monroe; as well as many grandchildren and her siblings Mildred Jennings of Luna Pier, Stephanie Wagner of Indiana and Maryann Kowall of Monroe and her mother-in-law Thelma McCarty of Monroe. Sadly she was preceded in death by a brother Robert Price and her parents.
