Michele L. Lemerand

Born in Monroe, Michele was the daughter of Robert & Maxine (Pattenaude) King. She married Donald Lemerand on July 5, 1979. Along with her husband, Michele was Caretaker at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Rockwood for many years. A member of the Rockwood Moose, she was an avid hunter and Bunco player, but most of all she loved watching Jeopardy with her son "Fat Head". Michele leaves to cherish her memory, Donald, her husband of the past 34 years; children: Eddie Gilland of Newport, Jennifer Webb of Newport; step children: Georgette (Jeffrey) Cheresko of Taylor, Annette (Mark) Goodfellow of Allen Park; two brothers: Gary (Mary) King of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Brian King of Newport; a sister Dawn (Dominick) Sindone of Rockwood; as well as 9 grandchildren: Corey Webb, Andrew Webb, Eddie Gilland, Alexandria Gilland, Ryan Gilland, Kyle Cheresko, Kayla Cheresko, Ross Goodfellow, Emily Goodfellow and a great grandson Brayden Bates. Sadly Michele was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Heather Gilland and a sister Diane Arquette.
