Michael William Murphy

Michael William Murphy, age 35 of Monroe, passed away May 24, 2022. Born May 13, 1987, Michael was the son of Michael and Suzanne (Taylor) Murphy. A graduate of Jefferson High School, he worked various positions at Meijer. Michael enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his friends and family. Michael leaves to cherish his memory his parents Suzanne and Randy Mazur; siblings Jessica (Murphy) Foster and Tully Murphy; as well as his grandmother Sharon Mazur. Sadly he was preceded in death by his father Michael Ralph Murphy. A celebration of Michael’s life will be held on June 9, 2022. Friends may pay their respects from 6pm until 10pm at the River Raisin Banquet Center: 8 N. Monroe St.
