Matthew Joseph Cotellesse

Matthew was born on September 11, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan and died on December 29, 2016 at imperial Health Care in Inkster at the age of 72. Beloved brother of Lydia, Daniel (Inez), James (Sandra) and Joseph (Joann). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as his Aunt Rose Milantoni. Matthew attended Eastern Michigan University; he was a devoted prayer warrior who loved to study the Bible and write. Visitation is on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 10 am until the time of the service which will begin at 1 pm both at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park, MI. Interment will be at Ferndale Cemetery in Riverview. Memorial contributions to honor Matthew's life may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ in Redford.
