Mary J. Worrell-Mitoraj of Trenton, Michigan passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved mother of Lynne (Jerry) Parr, Denise (Gene) Stephens, Diana (Tony) Manick, and Maria Hutchison (Jerry Zyjewski) and late Bill Hutchison. Step mother to Debra (Bill) Powell, Michael Mitoraj, Patrick (Deborah) Mitoraj, Paul (Nancy) Mitoraj, and Walter (Diane) MItoraj and their families. Loving grandma to Katie, Julie (Eric), Michael (Chelsea), Jamie, Dana (Joe), Ryan (Michelle), Tanya (Joe), Kelly, Jamie (Brian), Matthew (Kiah), Danyel (Justin), Jessica (Scott), Brenna (Travis). Great Grandma to Madison, Noah, Emma, Zak, Ashlynne, Mia, Brooke, Samuel, Jace, Ella and Lyla. Dearest sister of Stanley (Gloria) Salla and sister in law to Charlotte (Gary) McQuiston. Mary is survived by many nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by two husbands, Harry L. Worrell Jr. and Leo Mitoraj, her parents and 4 siblings.

Mary was a devoted wife, proud mother, caring sister and loving grand and great grandmother. She was full of love and laughter. An avid bingo player, and enjoyed going to the casino. When she visited Gladwin, she always felt happy. Throughout her life, Mary faced numerous challenges but the love of family kept her going. She truly made an impact on everyone she met. Mary cherished time spent with her family. Most of all, she will be deeply missed and loved by her family and friends.

Visitation for Mary will take place on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trenton Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Rd. 48183. The funeral mass will be held the following day on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Scapular Catholic Church located at 976 Pope John Paul II Ave. Wyandotte, 48192. Mary will be instate at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan.
