Mary Catherine Chupurdy of Grosse Ile Twp., Michigan passed away in her home on Monday, July 8, 2024 at the age of 58. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Neal Chupurdy. Cherished mother of Dennis Chupurdy, Dillon Chupurdy, and Deric Chupurdy. Loving sister of Ann (Alan) Summers, Laura (the late Richard) Wirtel, Donna Darin-Volz, and Noreen (James) Chessrown. Dear aunt of Gary (Doris) Chupurdy, James (Ally) Chessrown, Jacob (Rachael) Chessrown, Katherine Suzanne Chessrown, and Justine (Robert) Burnette. Dearest great-aunt of Cameron Chupurdy. Mary Catherine was preceded in death by her parents Dennis and Joan Darin. She will be deeply missed by many loving family and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. A memorial Mass will be held the following day, Thursday, July 18, 2024 at noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church located at 21599 Parke Lane, Grosse Ile, 48138.
