Marilyn Yvonne Booker was born on May 3, 1935 in Tennessee and died on September 28, 2024 at the age of 89; she was of Riverview. Beloved wife of the late James. Loving mother of Douglas (Cathy) Booker, Janice (Leonard) Renier, Lori (the late Thomas) Bankovich and Christopher (Brenda) Booker. Proud grandma of Jacqui, Colleen, Jesse, Beth, Douglas, Lindsay, Zeb, and Nick and to her numerous great grandchildren. Dearest sister of Diane (Harold) Cagle and Alson Grey (Marilyn) Sanders. Also survived by other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parent and one brother Don (the late Marion Jeneal) Sanders. Marilyn was retired from J.L. Hudson and was also employed by Ross Roy, Inc. Her family was her love in life; she was an avid reader who enjoyed gardening and boating. Visitation is on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 3 pm to 8 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. Memorial contributions to honor her life may be made as the donor chooses.
