Marilyn L. Plassman

Plassman, Marilyn L., age 87 of Trenton, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Plassman. Loving mother of Bobby (Shirley) Plassman, Donald (Michelle) Plassman, and the late John Plassman. Proud grandmother of Rob (Angie) Plassman, Corrie (the late Steven) Kettler, Blake Plassman, Evan Plassman, and Liz (Eli) Boike. Great-grandmother of Kate Plassman, Tyler Plassman, Alexis Kettler, Emily Kettler, and Austin Kettler. Marilyn was born on December 10, 1927 in Detroit, to her parents Francis and Mildred Frey (Duggins). Twenty years later, she married the love of her life, Robert Fredrick Plassman on October 18, 1947. Their marriage was blessed with three boys, Bobby, Donald and John. Marilyn loved spending time with her family and she also loved to travel. Her favorite place to visit was Vegas. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Visitation will be held at the Trenton Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes on Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm with a service at 5 pm. Memorial contributions in honor of Marilyn may be made to the American Cancer Society.
