Maria C. Herrera

Maria C. Herrera was born in Yahualica Jalisco Mexico on December 8, 1936 and died on July 19, 2022 at her home in Lincoln Park, MI at the age of 85. Beloved mother of Rebecca Herrera and Rachel (Eloy) Martinez and the late Moses Herrera. Dear grandma of Francisco (Raquel), Terry (Kimberly), the late Tara, Anthony (Jennifer) and Amber. Also survived by her great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, one brother Harvey (Jeanine) Ledesma and one sister Lupe (Eliseo) Madrigal. Preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Petra (Gutierrez) Ledesma as well as many brothers and sisters. Visitaiton is on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 3 pm to 9 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. Maria will lie in state at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 9000 Laurence, Allen Park, MI on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 9:30 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy which will begin at 10 am.
