Margaret "Peggy" Socorro Wisusik

Margaret "Peggy" Socorro Wisusik, 83, of Taylor, Michigan, founder of Girls Ice Hockey in Michigan, Taylor Councilwomen, President of Girls Ice Hockey in Taylor, wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2023.

Beloved mother of, Katherine (Regis) Hitch, Craig (Dawn) Wisusik, Karin (Todd) Pearson, Kristine (Roberto) Boetker, Michael (Anne) Wisusik, and Jason (Dawn Marie) Wisusik. Cherished grandmother to: Adam (Christine), Ryan (Jessie), Zachary, Luke, Austin (Erin), Connor, Foster, Abbie, and Dean. Loving great grandmother to, Wyatt, Reid, Daniel, and Elliott. Dearest Sister of Kathy Yaffe, John Jr. Fitzpatrick, and Thomas Fitzpatrick. Dear aunt to nephews and nieces Robert Wisusik Jr, Kimberly, Kelly and Thomas Fitzpatrick Jr.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald, and her parents, John and Olivia Fitzpatrick. She will be deeply missed by many more family members and friends.

Visitation for Margaret will take place on Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Allen Park Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes from 1:00PM - 9:00PM. A service will take place at the same location at 6:00PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made in Margaret's name to: Saint Jude Organization, and/or the Red Cross.
