Margaret "Peggy" Lawrence-Haase

Born in Sioux City, Iowa, Peggy was the daughter of Paul and Hildegard Franks. A graduate of Huron High School, she married Frank Lawrence in 1956. Sadly he preceded her in death in 1975. Peggy then married Kenneth Haase in 1985. He also preceded her in death in 2013. Peggy worked for Riverside Hospital for over 17 years and was a member of St. Roch's Catholic Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and watching television. Peggy leaves to cherish her memory her children: Frank (Erin) Lawrence, Susan Bredeson, Mark (Cheryl) Lawrence, Bill (Lisa) Lawrence and Theodore (Clare) Lawrence; step children: Kenneth Haase and Gail Haase; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and two step grandchildren; as well as two brothers: Thomas (Jan) Franks and Patrick Franks. In addition to her two husbands, she was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Hobbs; a step son George Haase and a brother Paul Franks. Memorial contributions in honor of Peggy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
