Mae Dell Brown

Mae Dell (Sasser, Hopper) Brown, 92, was born February 2, 1926 in Mulberry, AR and departed from this life on August 9, 2018 to arrive in heaven, her eternal home. She is predeceased by her husbands Charles D. Hopper and Calvin E. Brown. She is survived by her daughters Cheryl L. (Brian) Chapman of Lansing, MI and Sheila R. (David) Robison of Haslett, MI, as well as grandchildren Amanda (Tom) Marchesello, Gordon (Genevieve) Humenik, Valerie Humenik, Kristen (Kyle) Papke, Stephanie Pentiuk and Julia Humenik. "Nana" is also survived by three great-grandchildren. She was a loving and devoted grandmother, an active member of Woodhaven Baptist Church, and she will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held at Martenson Funeral Home in Trenton, MI on August 15th at 12pm, with Pastor Rick Sparks officiating. Luncheon will follow at Woodhaven Baptist Church, 21950 Gudith Rd, Woodhaven MI 48134. A short visitation will precede the service at 12pm. Further visitations will be held on August 13th and 14th, 6-9pm.
