Lucinda Mabley Foley

Lucinda M. Foley 1946-2013 Lucinda M. Foley, age 66, of Grosse Ile, Michigan, passed away on March 22, 2013. She is the beloved wife of the late William for 43 years. Loving mother of Megan (Patrick) Anderson and loving gramma of Lucy Anderson. Dear sister of the late Kim Mabley. Mrs. Foley was preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Lucy Mabley. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Foley graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in early elementary education. She was a wonderful teacher, homemaker and devoted mother. Mrs. Foley enjoyed volunteering and philanthropic endeavors. She was an active member of her parish, St. James Episcopal Church and served on the Altar Guild. Mrs. Foley was a member in Chapter DO of the P.E.O. Sisterhood and the Grosse Ile Questers. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, boating and spending time with her family, especially playing with her granddaughter. Her Memorial service will be held Sunday April 7, 2013, 2pm at St. James Episcopal Church, 25150 East River Road, Grosse Ile, MI 48138.
