Lucille Bishop

Lucille was born on July 12, 1930 in Winston County, Alabama and died on June 22, 2017 at Rivergate Terrace at the age of 86; she was of Southgate. Beloved wife of the late Stewart. Loving mom of Robert (Linda) and Michael (Theresa). Proud grandma of Brian (Tracy), Nicole and Michael (Syible). Loving great grandma of Lauren. Dearest sister of Rufus (Bonnie) Wilson, Johnnie (the late Buddy) Veal and Doris Jean (Buddy) Little. Preceded in death by her parents John and Mattie (nee: Popham) Wilson, two sisters Hazel Gerrard and Pauline Youngblood and three brothers Lacy Wilson, LeRoy Wilson and Billie Ray Wilson. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Visitation is Sunday from 3 – 7 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. (Corner of Goddard), Allen Park. Funeral service Monday 12 pm at the funeral home; Rev. Michael L. Bishop, II will officiate. Interment Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery.
