Lucas James Irish

Lucas James was born on November 7, 2001 in Southfield, Michigan and passed away on June 14, 2017 at the age of 15; he was of Trenton. Cherished son of Cindy McManus (Dave Hamilton) and Jeff (Courtney) Irish. Loving grandson of Jim and Carole McManus, Susan and George Haller, Kelly Mourguet-Tims and Christopher Tims. Also survived by his two step-brothers Anakin and Quentin as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family and friend. Lucas was a student at Trenton High School who loved the University of Michigan Wolverines and all sports, watching scary movies, cats and dogs and he also loved tennis shoes. Visitation is on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 3 - 9 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. The funeral service will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 12 noon, Elder Keith Whitehouse will be officiating. There will be a procession to Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Twp. Memorial contributions to honor his memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
