Luann Guthrie

LuAnn Guthrie of Allen Park, Michigan passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the age of 63 while surrounded by her adoring family. Beloved wife of 44 years to Thomas Guthrie. Cherished mother of Nicole (Richard) Neer, Thomas (Diane) Guthrie, and Janelle (Daniel) Guthrie-Farkas. Dear sister of Karen (Pat) Shea, Donna (the late Leo) Mysiewicz, and Jacqueline Murawski. Dearest grandma of Richard Neer, Claire Guthrie, Zoey Guthrie, Joseph Guthrie, and Jack Guthrie-Farkas. LuAnn was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Alfreda Murawski. LuAnn is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Funeral services for LuAnn have been entrusted to the Allen Park Chapel of the Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 10915 Allen Road, 48101. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church located at 9000 Laurence Ave., Allen Park, MI 48101. In State 11:30 a.m. and the Mass at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in LuAnn's honor.
