Bernice Louise Franz, lived a wonderful 94 years. Loving mother of eight children. Adored by her 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Survived by her children, Judith (Charles) Wilshire, Edward Wajda, Susan (Richard) Milatz, David (Judy Bedard) Wajda, Thomas (Denise) Wajda, Sharon (Jim) Hassenflug, Martin (Betty) Wajda and Mary (Randy Truant) Wajda. Her step children, Rick (Sandy) Franz, Peggy Kruger and Debbie (Dee) Ruelle. Her grandchildren, Deborah Branch, Michael Ox, the late Charlie Wilshire, Tracy Wajda, John Hahn, Scott Wilshire, Shannon Venohr, Jennifer Shurley, Gina Seal, Jason Hassenflug, Michelle Makaroff, Sara Cunningham, Brian Hassenflug, Alex Wajda, Spencer Wajda, Kerrie and Ricky. Her great grandchildren, Jeffery, Derek, Jackson, Shane, Cole, Madyson, Jonathan, Haley, Connor, Allyson, Tyler, Aalyiah, Cole, Emerson, Tristan, Aisslnn, Ryder, Riley, Lucas, Claire and Couper. Her great great grandchildren Braylin, Caedyn, and Izaiah. Dear sister to Josie. She is survived by many nieces and nephews She is preceded in death by her two husbands, Walter Joseph Wajda, Milton Frank Franz, her parents, Thomas and Bernice Dugan, her brothers, Thomas, Kenneth and Melvin, her sister Doris, and her grandson Charlie Wilshire. Louise was born and raised in Shuqualak, Mississippi in 1927. She met her first husband Walter and moved to Michigan. She spent most of her life in Royal Oak, Michigan but eventually retired to Mission, Texas. She was married to Walter for 25 years and raised 8 kids. She was married to Milton for 43 years. Louise always loved to be around her family and friends. She loved to dance, play bingo, go to the casino, have parties and was always ready for a game of hand and foot or Canasta. She was very active at Beaumont Commons and would spend much of her time there, where she often played poker.
