Linda Anne Fisher

Linda Anne was born on October 22, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan and went Home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2021 at the age of 73; she was of Allen Park. Beloved wife of 56 years to Vern. Loving mom of Terry Fisher, Mary Bohling (Marc Verge) and Phillip (Nicole) Fisher. Proud grandma of Robyn, Stephen, Trevor, Troy, Autumn, Patrick, Noah and Toni and great grandma of Brandon, Julianna, Amelia, Mackenzie, Damien, Dominic, Christian, Aurora and Kira. Dearest sister of John “Jack” (Caroline) Nelson and Kenneth (Mariline) Nelson. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her parents John and Ruth (nee: Fullwood) Nelson. She is reunited with her dog Mika and will be missed by her dog Shelby. Linda loved going to yard sales, playing Bunco and Bingo and sewing; she also loved camping and was a long-time seasonal camper at Greenwood Acres in Jackson, MI. A celebration of Linda’s life will be on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11 am at the Faith Christian Center Church, 25535 Ecorse Road, Taylor, MI. There will be a luncheon at the Church following the Service. Memorial contributions to honor Linda’s life may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Friends of the Detroit River.
