Lessie V. Alderson (Cunnungham) of Trenton, MI, formerly of Madison Heights. October 2, 2017, age 85. Loving mother & grandmother. Predeceased by husband, Joseph Alderson & sisters Sybil Armstrong & Nadine Price. Survived by children, Mark (Debra) Alderson, Tina Miller & Jeffrey Alderson, Grandchildren, Brandi Grubb, Bradley Miller, Brynn (Dave) Cunningham, Jennifer (Jason) Scogin & Michael (Amanda) Wahlers, 8 great grandchildren & sister, Clara Mae Looney. Lessie worked at Sivad Bio Research, Inc. in Madison Heights. After retiring, Lessie and Joe lived in Ocala, FL for 25 years, where Lessie enjoyed making baskets, taking bus trips to casinos & spending time with friends. Our thanks to Applewood Nursing Center in Woodhaven, for their loving and caring staff, in taking care of Lessie at the end of her life. A private burial will take place at a later date.
