Williams, Leon J. Age 90 of Taylor and formerly of Southgate. Born October 26, 1924 in California, PA and died December 6, 2014 in Taylor, MI. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving dad of Angele Williams, Terry Lewis and the late Leon. Proud grandpa of Stephani (Scott) Mummert and Christopher (Meredith) Lewis. Great grandpa of Natalie, Wyatt, Hunter and Ethan. Preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Angele and 1 sister Aline Lofton. Also survived by other loving family and friends. Leon proudly served his Country in the United States Navy during World War II. He was the former owner of Leon's Party Stores in Lincoln Park, Inkster and Wyandotte. Leon was an active member of St. Hugh Catholic Church, Southgate and recently attended St. Constance Catholic Church, Taylor; he was an avid golfer as well.
