Leo Jerry Lavoie

Leo Jerry LaVoie, age 77 of Trenton, Michigan. January 9, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents Leo and Orpha and his sister Nancy. Jerry survived by his wife of 58 years, Virginia; His children Lori (Steve) Frey, Edward LaVoie and David LaVoie; his grandkids Kathryn Frey, Jaclyn (Brett) Walker, Rebecca Frey, Hannah LaVoie, Abigail LaVoie, Sarah LaVoie, Rachael LaVoie, Ellen LaVoie, Emma LaVoie and Olivia LaVoie; and his sister Judy (Norman) Lawhorn. Jerry was a devoted husband, father and proud Papa of 10 granddaughters. He was an avid golfer and an officer for Rouge Golf Club. He also enjoyed bowling and camping. Jerry was also an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where he loyally served as an elder. Visitation will take place Saturday January 11, 2020 from 9 am until the service begins at 10:30 am. At St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2550 Edsel, Trenton, Michigan.
