Lawrence "Larry" Staniszewski

Larry was born on December 28, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan and died on September 15, 2019 in Gibraltar, Michigan at the age of 72; he was of Gibraltar. Beloved dad of Timothy (Kimberly), Heather Stapula and Steven (Jennifer). Proud grandfather of Hillary, Haley (Matthew), Michel, the late Mathew, Kyle, Steven and Alycia and great grandfather to a baby boy on the way. Dearest brother of the late Marian, Eleanore (the late Hal) and Tony (Patti). Also survived by other loving family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Stephanie. Larry proudly served his Country in the United States Army. A memorial gathering will be on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 10:30 am until 6 pm with a Downriver Veterans Honor Guard service on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 1 pm both at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. Memorial contributions may be made as the donor chooses.
