Van Becelaere, Lawrence A., M.D. Age 87; formerly of Grosse Ile. Passed away on July 17, 2012. Loving husband of Hazel. Dear father of Lynda (Dennis) Patriquin, Kathleen (Barry) Karath and Lisa (Gary) Kruse. Proud grandfather of 6. Great grandfather of 10. Lawrence is also survived by a sister Beatrice Rebbeck. He loved astronomy, sports cars and computers. He was affiliated with Wyandotte Hospital for 40 years delivering over 6,000 children. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
