Larry Bruce Jennings

Larry Bruce Jennings, age 77 of Monroe, passed away June 5, 2024 after a long battle with Parkinson's.

Born January 14, 1947 in Lansing, Michigan, Larry was the son of Leland and Mildred (Fitzpatrick) Jennings Jr. A graduate of Waverly High School, he faithfully served our country in the United States Army in Vietnam. Larry married the love of his life, Caren Dunham on October 14, 1967. He worked as a delivery driver and drove for many different companies throughout his life. Larry enjoyed fishing, hunting and was an avid Detroit Tigers and Red Wings Fan, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory, Caren, his wife of the past 56 years; his children: Craig (Bridget) Jennings and Laura (Todd) Balog; as well as 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and a sister Linda Austin. Sadly he was preceded in death by his parents.
