Larry Alan Grubb

Born December 24, 1947 in Toledo, Larry was the son of Ralph and Dorothy (Harrold) Grubb. He married the love of his life, Jean Younglove, on February 14, 1976. Larry worked in Telecommunications most of his career, owning and operating Lakeside Telecom, retiring in 2006. He was a member of the Monroe County HAMM Radio club as well as Diving Grace Parish-St. Joseph Church in Maybee where he served on the Parish Council. Larry also was a member of the Village Council in Maybee, but his most treasured times were those spent with his family.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory, Jean, his wife of the past 47 years, his children: Christina (Tom) Smith, Joel (Sierra) Grubb, Jeffrey (Jessica) Grubb and Katie (Christopher) Setzler; 10 grandchildren: McKayela (Kevin) Stinnette, Nathan Lambert, Jacob Setzler, Kayley Grubb, Kensie Grubb, Camden Grubb, Wesley Grubb, Evelyn Setzler, Brody Grubb and Laney Grubb; 2 great grandchildren: Joseph Stinnette and Matthew Stinnette; as well as his step-siblings: Robert Klewer, Mary Tansey, Michael Klewer and James Klewer. Sadly he was preceded in death by a son Gregory Grubb; his parents his step-father Donald Klewer and a brother Leonard Grubb.
