A video tribute will be added, please check back. Kristie was born on September 18, 1974 in Wyandotte, Michigan and was surrounded by her family when she went home on May 2, 2022. Cherished wife of 23 years to Jerry. Proud mother of Jacob, Hannah and Drew. Dearest sister of Kelly (Paul) McGinnis and Kevin (Amy) Foster. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Kristie’s family was her love in life; especially her children. She loved being with them and participated in every aspect of their lives. She graduated from Southgate Anderson High School and earned her master’s degree from Wayne State University. Visitation is on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 3 pm to 8 pm at The Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Rd., Trenton. Memorial contributions to honor her life may be made to the American Cancer Society.
