Kim Welch-Toliver

Kim Welch-Toliver was born November 12, 1967 and passed away October 18, 2017. Beloved daughter of James Welch and June (Jack) Baker. Loving mother to David Comstock, James Toliver, Mariah Toliver, Gage Toliver, the late Hunter Toliver, Storm Toliver, and Matthew Toliver. Cherished sister of Steven Welch, the late Robin Welch, Krystal Rose, Nick Welch, and Kristen Eberra; also step-sister to Ron Baker, Jo Ann McBay, Ken Baker, and Brenda Fluellen. Loving grandmother to Allyson and Owen Comstock. Proud aunt to Cassie Welch, Steven Welch II, Daniel Welch, Chad Pisarski, Devin Pisarski, Austin Welch, Nicholas Welch Jr., and Vinny Welch. While some may not be listed by name, Kim loved all of her family. She was born to be a mother; always taking care of everyone around her. She was a great cook, everyone will miss her fried chicken. Kim leaves behind six well loved children and is now reunited with her baby boy Hunter. For her little ones; even though mom isn't physically here with us anymore, she will always live in your heart.
