Kevin E. Ballard

Kevin E. Ballard was born in Brooksville, Florida, on June 24, 1963 to Shirley Rieger and Roy Ballard. He graduated from Pasco High School, in Dade City and shortly after joined the United States Army - he was an extremely proud veteran. Kevin married the love of his life, Tina Davis Ballard, on June 7, 1997. They have been married for 24 and a half years. Kevin and Tina moved to Michigan about 22 years ago. He attended adult education classes in Southgate, focusing on electrical and trucking to further his knowledge of those trades. He worked for U.S. Silica in Rockwood, Michigan, for eight years as an electrician, shop steward, miner’s representative, did maintenance, and was a team leader. Kevin loved music, dancing, working, and being outdoors. He especially enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, and gardening. He truly loved golfing on Tuesday nights with the Men’s League. Kevin also had a passion and drive for helping others that did not go unnoticed. Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Tina Davis Ballard, and their two dear sons; Kyle Vincent (Hannah) Ballard and Robert Haynes (Jessica) Ballard. His cherished siblings; Wayne (Janelle) Ballard, Sandy (Gary) Huffman, and Bonnie Lewis. His dear uncle Vince Rieger. His brother-in-laws; Glen Davis, Anthony (Dallas) Davis. His sister-in-laws; DeEtta (Mike) Asher, Connie Davis, Bobbi-jo Davis (Larry Hanning). As well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who will cherish his memory forever.
