Kevin A. Redman

Kevin Arthur Redman of Stone Ridge, NY, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 22th, 2009 at home. Kevin A native of Gibraltar, MI, Kevin was a graduate of Carlson High School and RETS Electronics Institute. Kevin moved to New York 24 years ago to work as a technician at IBM in Kingston, NY, rising through his hard work and dedication to the position of Networking Engineer. A fond friend of many, he was an avid sports fan; especially of the Red Wings hockey team, an excellent golfer and a master of the barbeque grill. He was blessed with a nimble mind, unique wit and a clever, wry sense of humor. There are no words for how much he will be missed by all of those who knew and loved him. Kevin leaves behind his wife, Mary Beilman of Stone Ridge; his mother and father, Marion and Arthur Redman of Gibraltar, MI; a brother, Jeffery Redman of Gibraltar, MI; two sisters, Suzanne Redman of Charlotte, NC , and Deborah Redman Swinehart and her husband, Lyle Swinehart of Paw Paw, MI; a nephew, Joshua Diedrich of Portage, MI; a niece, Annie Diedrich and a grand-niece, Rowan Diedrich of Tucson, AZ. Also left behind are step-daughters and their husbands; Amy and Tom Fox and Jill Parisi-Phillips and Troy Phillips; and a very much loved dalmatian, Chief of Stone Ridge, NY. Kevin was predeceased by a sister Denise Redman of Gibralter, MI. Memorial services in celebration of Kevin's life will be held from 7-9 pm March 25, 2009, and 10 am, March 26, 2009 at George Moylan Funeral Home in Rosendale, NY. Memorial Services in Michigan are as follows: Family will receive guests from 3-4pm on Saturday, March 28th, 2009 at Martenson's Funeral Home on West Road in Trenton, MI.
