Keith M. Chinavare

Keith M. Chinavare met his Lord and Savior at 10:25 am on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. His loving mom was close by when Keith passed at his residence in Riverview, Michigan.

Keith lived at home with his mom until his mid-twenties. He moved to his own apartment, with a full-time caregiver, where he learned to love being more independent. In 2019 he was hospitalized with severe pneumonia. This is when he took up residence at Rivergate Health Care Center. Keith grew to love everyone there, and they grew to love Keith. He looked forward to visitors as long as you brought food. Always happy, always smiling, loving his life. Keith loved his family more than anything in the world. This included not only those that he was related to, but all the wonderful nurses and aids that assisted him each and every day and the other residents that live there. Recently, after a three-week hospitalization, he was placed in Hospice care, and was able to go back to Rivergate to enjoy the remaining days of his life.

Keith is the beloved son of Kelly Chinavare and Kathleen and Mike Irvin. Dearest grandson of Jeanette and Jack Chinavare. Loving nephew of numerous aunts and uncles and dear cousin of many. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Marshall and Margaret Beard. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation for Keith will take place on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183. The funeral service will be held the following day, Monday, October 30, 2023 at First Presbyterian Church located at 2799 West Road, Trenton, MI 48183. In State 10:00 a.m. and service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Huron Twp., Michigan.
