To view Kathy's video tribute and funeral service please click on the tribute wall above. Kathy Lee Thiede, age 74, born in Detroit, MI passed away peacefully on March 5, 2022 in Traverse City, MI. Kathy was survived by children James(Jennifer) and Melissa Thiede. Survived by her grandchildren Andrew, Gabrielle, and Averi. Sadly, Kathy was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Vera Stanner. She was also preceded in death by her brother Douglas (Vera) Stanner. She was also loved by many nieces and nephews. Kathy enjoyed living in Traverse City, MI being retired and she enjoyed practicing her faith in God and was incredibly loved when being surrounded by her children and her grandchildren. Visitation will take place Friday March 11th, 2022 from 2:00-8:00 pm at the Trenton Chapel - Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Road. The service will take place the next day, Saturday March 12th, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Trenton Chapel - Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 3200 West Road.
