Kathryn Louise Alfred

Born in Augusta, Township, Kathryn was the daughter of Herbert and Hazel (Sanborn) Monske. Kathryn faithfully served our country in the United States Air Force. She married the love of her life, Johnnie Alfred in 1965. Kathryn worked as a Secretary for the Veterans Administration for over 20 years, retiring in 1995. Kathryn leaves to cherish her memory, Johnnie, her husband of the past 55 years; children: Meredith Alfred, Gerald (Heather) Alfred and Jennifer (Eric) Blaies; grandchildren: Miranda King, Taylor Pierce, Marah Alfred, Gerald Hoover and Liam Bainbridge; as well as four great grandchildren: Randi Pierce, William King, Lucas King and Ella King. Sadly she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Lena Bainbridge.
