Judy Lynn Nagy, age 65 of South Rockwood, passed away Thursday January 3, 2019 at home. She was born February 28, 1953 in Middlesboro Kentucky to Maurice and Pearl (Davis) Branscom. She married William Nagy in March 1969 in Flat Rock. Judy loved animals, and when she was able she liked to walk nature trails and feed the deer. She enjoyed reading, especially her religious books. She loved her 80’s music and always made up silly songs to make her grand kids laugh. Being born in the south, she always treasured the Smokey Mountains. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, William, of 49 years; children Amy (Mike) Lewis, Bill (Rachel) Nagy, and the late Brian Nagy; proud Grammy of Amanda (Nick) Beste, Alysha Miller, Amber Sonntag, Autumn Lewis, Cody Nagy, Tyler Moreno and Gunner Nagy; great Gammy of Brian Huziak and Lailah Bohr; dear sister of Sheila Wolfe; dearest Aunt of many nieces and nephews and was close to her niece, Donna. Judy was preceded in death by her parents Maurice and Pearl Branscom and a sister Brenda Trout.
