Joyce M. Payment

Born in Trenton, Joyce was the daughter of Carroll and Brigie (Brighton) Dage. She married Harold Payment on September 10, 1955. Sadly he preceded her in death May 13, 1992. Joyce worked for Carlson High School as a Cook for over 17 years, retiring in 1977. She was a member of St. Mary of The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Monroe; Past President of the VFW Post 4230 Rock of Gibraltar Ladies Auxiliary; and was very active at Frenchtown Place Apartments, when she lived there. Joyce leaves to cherish her memory her nieces and nephews: Carol Ann, Paul, Jim, Patty, Laura, Kathy, Nancy, Margaret and Bill; as well as several great nieces and nephews, many great-great nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law Fabiola Pfeiffle of Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Kenneth Pfeiffle and Alan Pfieffle; a sister Marie Vick and a nephew Don.
