Click on the tribute wall above to view Jo's video tribute. Josephine “Jo” Tarnowesky, age 91 of Allen Park, passed away April 29, 2020. Loving wife of the late Stephen. Dear mother of Paula (Dennis) Gonzales and Cheryl (Mark) Rudd. Proud grandmother of Jason Gonzales and his partner Kathryn Bogen. Also survived by her brother Martin Golia. Josephine was a kind and loving person and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandson. She will be dearly missed by her family. Visitation will take place Saturday May 2, 2020 from 1:30pm until time of Funeral Service 5pm, at the Allen Park Chapel- Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd. Due to the current restrictions we are under, the Funeral Service will be live streamed to the Martenson Family of Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 5pm Saturday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society and/or Last Day Dog Rescue.
