Joseph L. "Buttercup" Juozunas

Juozunas, Joseph L. "Buttercup Jr." passed away January 20, 2023 at the age of 63. Predeceased by parents Leonard "Buttercup" and Helen Juozunas. Beloved brother of Nancy A. (Hal - deceased) Gilmore and Denise L. "Buttercup" (Gregg - deceased) Holda. Two nephews Brian J. and Tracy B. Gilmore. Great nephew Jordan Gilmore. Also survived by numerous cousins and friends. Joseph was a member of the following organizations; American Legion Stitt #232 SAL - Dearborn Heights, Carbon Athletics Club - Detroit, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Knights of Columbus #1662, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxillary #4422 Taylor, Fraternal Order of Eagles #3655 - Beaverton, Disabled (Disabled American Veterans) Houghton Lake - Moose Lodge at Large.  A visitation in honor of Joseph will be held at the Martenson Funeral Home Allen Park Chapel 10915 Allen Rd. Allen Park, MI 48101 on Saturday January 28, 2023 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm and then Sunday January 29, 2023 from 1:00pm until 9:00pm with a service on Monday at 11am at the funeral home. Burial at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens located at 17840 Middlebelt Rd. Livonia, MI immediately following.
